PLEASE HELP OUR RABBITS IN LOWTON.
Hi, thanks for looking..
I live on church lane lowton and after years of taking in unwanted rabbits and guinea pigs, am now struggling to maintain this service as the costs of feeding and vet visits are becoming unmanagable for me! .. its the 'carrot' crunch!
I am a self funded individual rescue and recive no funding from anywhere so would appriciate any help with food supplies etc.
I am also listed on the lowton website and would appriciate any help from the local community..
eg.. please leave your unwated fruit and veg/rabbit food/wood shavings and hay at our house on 46 church lane, lowton.
YOU can help by saving all your veg peelings/unused fruit and veg each week into a bag and leaving it on our doorstep..it may not look much to you but it really helps us towards feeding all our rabbits and guinea pigs.
In the age of recyling this is another good thing you can also do for the environment ; )
Our rabbits and piggies like all dark green veg (no lettuce) peppers, tomatoes, carrots, sweetcorn, apples, pears, oranges, strawberries, most herbs, grapes, stale brown bread, celery etc..
.. ANY DONATIONS GREATLY APPRICIATED NO MATTER HOW SMALL. PLEASE NOTE NO LETTUCE REQUIRED, THANKS FOR YOUR HELP X
We have 30 resident bunnies here and We have had 12 rescues come in over the past 2 months so we are struggling to provide all they need right now, espically now the weather is getting colder.
