Land/Grazing wanted with or without stables or a mixture of stables or grazing. We currently have 9 horses (although 3 have been stolen, so only 6 at the minute) MUST allow Stallion & Colt, they usually go out with our geldings without any bother, they have a very laid back temperment (providing they are allowed out with the others). We have 2 mares, 2 geldings, 1 Stallion & 1 Colt at present. Idealy would like somewhere within 30minutes from J23 M6 (25 miles) but will consider other areas. Will do some maintenance work if needed to keep the rent to a minimum, non business as yet, Long term agreement required.
