| 21-12-2006 by damien | got 2 male chipmunks, but 1 is trying to kill the other, if i move the dominant 1 (or vice versa) for a while then reintroduce him a few weeks later, will it stop the aggression?

| 21-12-2006 by KAY GARDNER | EVEN THOUGH YOU CAN KEEP ALL MALES TOGETHER THERE ARE CASES IN WHICH MALES WILL FIGHT TO THE DEATH.IN THE WILD THEY DO TEND TO LIVE SOLITARY OR IN GROUPS IN AN AREA BUT NOT TOGETHER IN THE SAME DREY.
THEY CAN ALSO GET GRUMPY WHEN FEMALES ARE AROUND.YOU CAN TRY SEPERATING THEM FOR A WHILE,BY DOING THIS TEMPORARILY THE OTHER MALE MAY BECOME EVEN MORE TERRITORIAL ANYWAY.YOU MAY END UP HAVING TO SEPERATING THEM PERMENANTLY ANYWAY BUT THE SOUNDS OF IT. |
